Private customers also receive a complimentary 1-year Polaris On-Site Repair Service within the mainland Republic of Ireland for accepted claims.
Commercial use: Private residential warranty and on-site service offers do not apply. Commercial warranty and service coverage is specified separately in the individual quotation and order confirmation.
The Poolex O’Spa is a premium heating and cooling system that provides precise temperature control for cold plunges and wellness tubs.
Using advanced heat pump technology, the O’Spa can cool water down to 2 °C and heat it up to 40 °C, making it suitable for both cold therapy and warm recovery sessions throughout the year.
The unit features integrated WiFi connectivity, a corrosion-resistant titanium heat exchanger and energy-efficient operation. When heating water, the O’Spa can reduce energy consumption by up to 75% compared to a conventional electric heater.
Suitable for year-round operation, the O’Spa offers both heating and cooling in a single compact unit, providing stable water temperatures and convenient remote control via smartphone. The system is suitable for outdoor installation and is ideal for premium cold plunge and wellness applications.
The Poolex O’Spa operates on a standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz single-phase power supply. Depending on the selected model, the maximum power consumption ranges from 1.4 kW to 2.5 kW.
The unit is supplied with a differential safety plug and can be connected to a standard domestic power supply. Installation should be carried out in accordance with local electrical regulations and is recommended to be performed by a qualified electrician.
Our cold plunge tubs are delivered fully assembled using a large delivery truck and offloaded at street level via tail lift.
Cold plunge units are relatively lightweight and can typically be moved to the final installation area with proper planning.

If a chiller unit is purchased, it will require on-site connection according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Electrical connection must be carried out by a certified electrician in compliance with local regulations.
