Our Fair Return Policy

At Polaris Sauna, each unit is handcrafted to order. For this reason, returns are generally not possible once production has started. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Custom-Made Saunas, Hot Tubs & Cold Plunges

Each of our saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs is handmade to order. As customised products, they are not eligible for the standard EU withdrawal rights, which means returns are usually not possible once production has started.

Still, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If something unexpected happens or you need to adjust your plans, please reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will always look for a fair solution. In exceptional cases, a partial refund  may be offered depending on the production stage and costs already incurred.

Standard Items & Accessories

For standard items (such as heaters or accessories) you retain a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. In such cases, we will arrange repair, replacement, or collection at no cost to you.
