From the initial phone call to the finished product, it was a joy working with Thomas on selecting, buying and building the commercial sauna for Bothán Sauna. We looked at a few options but went with Polaris because of Thomas's professionalism and his quick, knowledgeable responses. We ordered the 3 x 2.2m cube. We opted for the thermowood upgrade due to our windy location. It's rated for six occupancy, but it's far more spacious than that suggests, and it has great height too, which suits our 6ft 3in brother. When our own build fell behind, Thomas kindly held delivery until we were ready. It was a godsend. No extra charge just very helpful and understanding. Thomas and Jorge, his very talented carpenter, built the sauna on site over three days. What we loved most was their attention to detail. No shortcuts, and it makes all the difference. We had one snag during testing after the build. Not an issue: Jorge was back a couple of days later to fix it, and everything has worked perfectly since. We're excited to be up and running and delighted we chose Polaris. We highly recommend them to anyone buying a new sauna. Nora and Diane, Bothán Sauna

I purchased a barrel sauna from Thomas in August 2026. Thomas was utterly professional, conscientious, and a pleasure to deal with. The sauna was fitted in Waterville Co.Kerry, and the premises isn't the easiest place to access. However, Thomas and his fitter Jörg assembled the sauna on-site over a couple of days and kept us up to date at all times with the developments. The finished job was outstanding, my family and I are delighted with it. Top marks to Polaris Saunas, Thomas and his team.

His clear communication and detailed advice made decision-making easy. Installation by Thomas and Joerg was flawless, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I’ve been using the Sauna regularly, and the attention to post-installation care has been fantastic. Their flexibility and professionalism throughout were impressive. From start to finish, we cannot recommend Thomas and his team highly enough. From the initial meeting to discussing options, to agreeing the final product and then installation, was first class. The attention to detail, the pre and post installation, advice and help to two novices was excellent. We are delighted with the final product and look forward to working with Thomas again in the future as a hot tub is next on the list.

Very happy with how the sauna turned out. Looks fantastic! No complaints.

I couldn’t recommend Thomas and his team Moore. We chose the smallest Sauna as we needed to fit it in a narrow space and his website was the first one we found but not even knowing him his pre-and post insulation service has been fantastic. The sauna is also brilliant.

I recently purchased a sauna from Thomas at Polaris Sauna, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. After a very disappointing experience with another sauna company—where I was left waiting for three months and then completely ignored when I tried to follow up—I was understandably hesitant about buying again. However, Thomas completely restored my confidence. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the best option for my space and how I intended to use the sauna. No matter how many times I called or how many questions I had, he was always calm, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The sauna itself is working perfectly, and it’s clear that great care went into ensuring everything was just right—even down to supplying the exact amount of stones needed. If all customer service was like this, life would be a lot easier. I would highly recommend Thomas at Polaris Sauna to anyone considering a sauna. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I wish Thomas the very best
